Our Manual Handling Courses are available at our training centre in Sheffield, Chesterfield and throughout South Yorkshire and Derbyshire at your premises or a suitable location near you.

Back injuries account for the highest percentage of injuries in the workplace, the majority caused by poor lifting techniques.

Candidates on this course will learn about all aspects of lifting, pushing, lowering and pulling objects safely.

This course like all our courses is taught in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with the emphasis on fun and learning.

Students will leave this course feeling confident and ready to deal with an emergency should it arise.
